""Seven Stories of Real Estate: the funny things that happen"" is the first in a series of books written to create a laugh while reading about what really happens in the real estate investing business.

Pet alligators, bitten by dogs in properties with ""no pet"" policies, prostitutes using a rehab property as a ""house of business' and stolen electric meters just a few of the subjects addressed.

This book is written with a satirical/humorous approach while relaying stories that even Hollywood writers couldn't imagine. The end goal is to have folks laugh and or chuckle when reading the true stories I've experienced. In this business, you'd had better have a sense of humor, learn to laugh at yourself and don't take things so seriously because SHTUFF is going to happen!

Though our base is in the Montgomery County, PA region, we have holdings/interests in FL, NM, VA and NJ. 

We are very particular and pass on a lot of offers that are presented to us.

If you have a building/house in a bit of disrepair and needing some TLC, those are attractive to us.

The property must have upside equity upon purchase.

Owner financing is attractive.

As Private Real Estate Investors:  

  • Based in Montgomery County, PA.

  • We primarily buy single family houses, rehab and then hold them in our portfolio for rental income

  • Buy multi unit buildings for the same purpose

  •  Our portfolio also consists of performing notes (some of which were non performing and have been converted into performing)

  • Occasionally, we also do private lending for specific projects and associates.

  • We will sell one of the properties in our portfolio on occasion

  • When the property analysis permits, we will also "flip" a property, but our focus is to "buy and hold"

  • Our experience spans across 42 years. Started in new construction then on to home remodeling/renovations. Twenty two years ago attention was diverted to private investing where our focus remains today.
